Well thats it, BT have made 'The List'. I have spent the last four days constantly on hold to BT, trying to set up a direct debit and enable the line for broadband and i cant get through to anyone! It's a nightmare! Not to mention the fact that i'm feeling like crap and mildly aggitated right now. Thus i have sent a snotty email to BT's complaints department. Grrrr. Not only that, i got home last night to discover that my oven doesn't work! I spent three nights cleaning that thing!!!! ARGHHHH!
On a lighter note, my baptism is almost sorted. I'm going to St Andrew's Church in the centre of Norwich. I am a bit nervous about being dunked but i'm sure it'll be fine!
