Its cold, raining and dark. I'm sick of it being all autumny when it should be summery :( The sooner im off on my hols the better, at least it'll be warm and sunny (i hope...).
Naidel came home this weekend, and home for good (or for the next year at least). Its really wonderful having him home, i missed him so much! He hasnt changed much, still the same Naidel, but with a smidge more confidence, and something else i cant quite put my finger on.....maturity maybe? Unfortunately i had to leave him in our nice warm bed this morning to venture out into the cold to come to work :( We spent lots of time together this weekend, which was really great, and we're both looking forward to out trip away together (not long now!!!).
I'm still attempting to finish the dreaded assignments. I can't seem to shift this horrific writers block, its awful! I've only got just over a week to complete them all and send them off, and im really bricking it! I can't afford to fail!!! I managed to get an idea and the beginnings of TMA 5 sorted (granted it is the recycling of the first DnD game i ever played, but it works so why worry) so at least thats going somewhere. I think i have an idea for the life writing part of the ECA, but im completely stumped on the fiction part! Its the whole 'short story' aspect - completely daunts me! Hopefully i'll come up with something soon *sulks* :(
